JUSTIN WILLIAMS AMERICAN CRITERIUM CUP CHAMPION!

There are wins that happen in a single moment. And then there are championships that are built one lap, one corner, one attack, and one hard-fought finish at a time.

Justin Williams just finished the 2026 American Criterium Cup season as the overall champion, capping a season that showed exactly what experience, teamwork, and persistence can do.

The road to the title started in Tulsa. It wasn't a podium, but it put Williams on the board and established L39ION of Los Angeles as a team to watch. Justin continued accumulating the points he would need for the season-long battle. In Boise, everything began to shift.

At the Bailey & Glasser LLP Twilight Criterium, L39ION delivered a 1-2 finish, with Tyler Williams taking the win and Justin charging across the line second. That result moved Justin into the ACC overall lead.

And suddenly, the red leader's jersey was his.

Chicago was another test. At the Fulton Market Grand Prix, Justin finished 4th in a chaotic, tactical race, good enough to retain the overall lead, but now by just TWO points over Lucas Bourgoyne. 108 points to 106.

With two races remaining, there was absolutely no room for complacency. Salt Lake City. Coming out of the final corner, Williams opened the gap and powered across the line for the victory.  His first American Criterium Cup win of the season. And with it, he extended his overall lead to 42 points, mathematically securing the 2026 American Criterium Cup title with one race still remaining.

St. Louis. Gateway Cup. The final round. Justin didn't need to win. He just needed to finish inside the top ten to officially close the book on the championship. Justin finished 8th at the Giro Della Montagna, bringing the 2026 American Criterium Cup season to a close as the overall men's champion.

Congratulations Justin.  Coach Adam Mills is beyond proud.

Perhaps most importantly, this wasn't just one rider winning a championship. It was L39ION of Los Angeles doing what L39ION does best: racing together. Setting the pace. Taking control. Creating opportunities. And giving their leader the chance to finish the job.
