Red Dog 100 Men’s Open Course Description
108 miles of hilly gravel roads in the heart of Missouri.
How’d the race go down for you?
The race went great! My Tradewind Energy teammate and I were able to go 1-2. It was a dynamic race with lots of attaching from the beginning. We were able to say at the front of the race and out of trouble until about the half way mark where I was able to put in an aggressive attack the led to the race winning move that consisted of myself and two Tradewind teammates.
Which coach do you work with and how did your training help you prepare for the event?
What advice do you have for someone up and coming in your cycling discipline?
Have fun and race hard. If you do those two things you will always do well.
