SE Coaches Kristen Arnold and Zack Allison are next door neighbors. Zack puts Kristen through the wringer with his just-for-fun "chorkout", or chore-filled workout.

Warm up: Reverse broom sweeps. 10 each side, or until area is clean.

Main set for three rounds:

  • Clean + press (Kristen used an empty propane tank) x10
  • Mow sprints + pulls x3
  • Alternating hose slams x 20
  • Extreme mountain climbers x 5
  • Box jumps x 10
  • Tricep jack pumps x 20

Cool down: Put all the yard items away.
