Coach Kristen Arnold MS, RDN, CSSD offers a range of complementary nutrition services from weight loss to everyday fueling to race day hydration, a wide range of nutrition services abound to optimize your performance.

Private Ride & Skills Sessions
Training to win can be more than just logging the miles or going through the motions. Master a challenging workout with your coach, dial in specific skills, or tackle team tactics with a private session with a Source Endurance coach.
Source Endurance offers CEU credits for USA Cycling Coaches. Our content ranges in difficulty from the basic scientific processes to in-depth physiological adaptations. Includes an educational webinar and a follow up quiz for CEU credits.
Source Endurance is the premier provider of training design and management, physiological testing, nutritional analysis and psychological preparation for endurance athletes. We partner with several universities for LT & VO2 testing.
Team Ride Session
Dial in your team tactics, learn team time trial technique, practice your lead out with an experienced coach. Team ride session utilize an outside coach to get your team operating cohesively to gain an edge on the competition.
Coaching Consulting Session
Source Endurance Coaching Consults are a one-off session to evaluate your training, discuss strengths and weaknesses and recommendations moving forward, ideal for a non-Source Endurance athlete or as a supplementation for current athletes.

Team Nutrition Talks provide nutritional recommendations and more for a team of any type, athletic or workplace.
