Cycling Training After Covid-19

COVID-19 has changed our lives forever, whether you contracted the virus or not.

If you've contracted COVID-19, your timeline to return to cycling training and racing is a bit up-in-the-air. It's absolutely essential to take recovery seriously as although not super common, many healthy athletes are having continuing symptoms and issues, even if their actual COVID-19 case was mild.

Below we've assembled our best resources kicking off with SE Coach Adam Mills, MSED, RCEP's January 2021 article about returning to training after contracting COVID-19. It looks at what the latest studies are showing and how to develop a protocol to determine if you are ready to train again. From there, you'll find lots of articles and videos on immunity, shifting your season, time management, e-racing, mindset training and more!

The last year+ has been a wild ride, that's for sure. We've all been forced to adapt and grow and we hope this helps you with that process. We're always here adapting and helping our athletes grow no matter the circumstances. Will you join us?
