Kristen's At Home Bike Racer Workout
After an active warm-up, perform three rounds of the following:
- 10 air squats with something that weighs 15-20#
- 2 each side round around the world lunges with something that weighs 15-20#
- 10 jackknives balance with water bottle
- 10 towel slides with palms
- 10 towel hamstring slides
Cool-down: stretching and foam rolling to cool down, athlete directed as certain muscle groups needed
