Kristen's At Home Bike Racer Workout

After an active warm-up, perform three rounds of the following:

  • 10 air squats with something that weighs 15-20#
  • 2 each side round around the world lunges with something that weighs 15-20#
  • 10 jackknives balance with water bottle
  • 10 towel slides with palms
  • 10 towel hamstring slides

Cool-down: stretching and foam rolling to cool down, athlete directed as certain muscle groups needed
