If you are unsatisfied with the coaching received from Source Endurance during your first 30 days, we will refund you no questions asked. Source Endurance makes products available for sale to our clients via both e-commerce and storefront activities. 1) In cases where a product we sell is defective, we will allow the return of that product if the defect is identified and communicated to us with 7 days of the date of delivery. If the client chooses to return a defective product within the 7 day window we will afford the client the option of either a full refund, less shipping charges incurred by Source Endurance, or the exchange of the defective product for a working replacement. In cases where a refund is requested we will process the refund within 7 days of the date of notification by the client. In cases where a replacement is selected, if the product is not in stock Source Endurance will make its best effort to replace the product if requested by the client within 14 days. If we are unable to obtain the replacement product from the vendor within the 14 day time period we will notify the client and offer the client the option to cancel the order for a full refund or wait for the replacement order to be fulfilled. 2) In cases where the client wishes to return the merchandise due to a discretionary decision, and where the merchandise is not defective, Source Endurance will provided a refund, less all applicable shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Source Endurance will process discretionary returns within 14 days of receipt of notification by the client. 3) In cases where client wishes to exchange the merchandise in kind (i.e. a different size, etc) or for a different item, Source Endurance will charge the client a 10% restocking fee and all applicable shipping charges. 4) Restocking fee is defined as the percentage calculated against the purchase price paid by client to Source Endurance and is exclusive of shipping costs.
