The Source Endurance Training Center of the Rockies is dedicated to bringing the complete indoor training facility to the athletes of Northern Colorado. With educated, well trained coaches, a rounded indoor training class schedule, weights and gym equipment, certified bike fitting, performance testing, plyometric classes, yoga and motor pacing, we have what it takes to take your training to the next level even in the coldest, darkest months of winter.
What should you bring to your Kickr class? Bring your own bike, shoes, pedals, what you need to complete a workout inside. We have 10 Wahoo Kickr smart trainers, entertainment, fans, towels, water, specific coach built workouts, and motivation.

The Source Endurance Training Center offers a multitude of services. Full gym, free weights, riding studio, workout towel service, blood lactate testing, Kickr threshold testing, bike fits, showers, and more. We feel that these services are best delivered in an all inclusive membership package.
With your monthly membership you will receive:
- Unlimited riding classes
- Unlimited gym time
- Unlimited group plyo and weight lifting classes
- One monthly Wahoo Kickr threshold power test
- Huge discounts off class series like 6 Weeks to Fitness
- 15% off of Bike Fit services

We offer a variety of Kickr classes for all your cycling needs.
Unlimited classes are included in the monthly membership. Otherwise, at a discount you can buy a 5, 10, or 20 pack of classes. Feel free to sign up or use your punch pass at any of the sessions except the designated team sessions unless you belong to that club or team. View our class schedule and sign up here.
All weekday classes are 75-minutes of ride time. Weekend classes are 150-minutes and will take double-punches on your punch passes, but are included in an unlimited monthly membership. Be sure to arrive a little early to get your bike set up as we start promptly.

Bringing new meaning to having a “Case of the Mondays.”
Come alone to treat yo’ self after a hard week of training or shoot the sh*t with your friends or your rivals. Kick off with recovery-focused yoga to stay mobile and flexible, then stick around afterwards to use the additional recovery tools from Empower Performance Therapy and re-live the weekend’s race over a cup of toddy or BYOB. We have all you need to recover well:
- Recovery Yoga 5:30pm with our Yoga Alliance RYT200 teacher. All welcome. Bring a mat.
- Recovery tools from Empower Performance Therapy: Elevated Legs compression boots, foam rollers, and lacrosse balls.
- Soft tissue work with Empower Performance Therapy extra.
- Use of Kickr trainers if you need to spin out the cobwebs.
- Watch recorded race videos or chat tactics with your friends or frenemies.

We offer bike fits through our slowtwitch.com F.I.S.T. certified bike fitter. Riding or racing bikes shouldn’t be painful! We look for you to be comfortable, efficient and aerodynamic, for fantastic riding and racing. We are able to do road, time trial, triathlon, mountain bike, cyclocross, gravel, and commuter fits.
Bike fits are 1 for $200 or go ahead and get a second bike fitted while you are at it for a bundled price of $250. Purchase and schedule here.

Weight lifting and plyometrics are an important part of training for many cyclists. For the more experienced, we offer free gym time for you to come and get your workout done. If you’d prefer a group setting or would like an intro to the gym, we also offer a variety of gym and plyo classes. Free for members, otherwise, you can use your punch pass card or pay a drop-in rate.
We offer Kickr threshold testing and blood lactate testing. Kickr threshold testing is offered on Mondays and can be scheduled through MindBody.
Blood lactate testing is the most accurate way to measure your threshold. Blood lactate testing runs about an hour and the cost is $150. You’ll walk away knowing your training zones.Purchase Now.
We partner with Empower Performance Therapy athletic training out of the training center. They offer a wide variety of services whether you have a crash or injury you are trying to recover from, a chronic injury, or you just want to recover better from your training. The company is run by Samantha Welter, MS, ATC, CSCS, CKTP.
