We train each athlete as an individual with unique talents and needs, tailoring your training plan for your schedule in the BIG picture. Our approach takes into account all of the other aspects in your life and optimizes your available training time. Please note that our pricing structures are different with respect to single and multi-sport athlete training. You will need to select the appropriate package for you when you register for Source Endurance services.

- Source Endurance Nutrition Consultation
It is imperative to consider nutrition as part of your training or performance plan! Optimizing the fuel you add to your training will help you to achieve the most benefit from your time and effort. Just like a training program is meticulously planned and mapped out, so should be your nutrition plan; quantity, quality, and the timing of your fuel intake matters.
The Nutrition Consultation package is a complement to the training that Source Endurance designs for you. This interactive service uses your life factors (i.e. genetics, lifestyle, profession, training schedule, performance goals) to create a nutrition program tailored specifically to your needs. Following an initial assessment, an individual consultation with Alicia Kendig, MS, RD, CSSD, our experienced sports dietitian will be used to draft a program, complete with Goals and an Action Plan to get you there.
This Nutrition Consultation Service includes:
- Free initial consultation and explanation of services
- Full nutritional assessment via a 1-hour phone consultation
- 3-day diet analysis
- Review of training schedule
- Estimate of current calorie needs
- Work to develop nutritional goals and an action plan
