Training Packages Summary
We train each athlete as an individual with unique talents and needs, tailoring your training plan for your schedule in the BIG picture. Our approach takes into account all of the other aspects in your life and optimizes your available training time. To the right is a detailed description of our services, with more detail below as you read on.
Please note that our pricing structures are different with respect to single and multi-sport athlete training. You will need to select the appropriate package for you when you register for Source Endurance services.

- Entry Level Consulting Package
Entry Level Consulting is for the athlete who desires performance improvement based upon the proven methodology at Source Endurance but not requiring the guidance and regular updates to his/her training schedule. The entry level package begins with the client completing a field test or laboratory testing. Your training intensities will be based off this benchmark and your Consultant will develop a training program based on your lifestyle and training commitments. You will be encouraged to update and upload your training logs to your complimentary Training Peaks account throughout the training cycle. At the end of each training cycle, your consultant will review your logs and initiate a brief phone call of up to 15 minutes in order to obtain more feedback which will be used to build your next training cycle.

• Power based and/ or Heart rate-based training
• Review of training logs following each training cycle
• Custom built training schedule
• Communication via phone initiated following each training cycle.
• Nutritional evaluations with RD a-la carte
Entry Level Consulting is available in monthly commitments at $125 per month, Single Sport; $150 per month, Multisport. Additional coach contact is available at an hourly rate.
