How’d the race go down for you?
Break away formed early, reduced the breakaway to two riders one being my teammate. We lapped the field.
Which coach do you work with and how did your training help you prepare for the event?
Adam Mills is my Coach. The long duration, high watt intervals leading up to this event proved useful during the break away.
What advice do you have for someone up and coming in your cycling discipline?
Stick to your coaches plan. Take recovery rides very seriously.
