About Us:

Resolve Endurance & Strength Training’s Jamie Wheeler’s love for sport led her to get her B.S. in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Sport Science.  Through college, she worked as a Physical Therapy aide, student Athletic Trainer and an Exercise Physiology assistant which helped give definition to her passions and shape her future focus.

After college, she ran several races ranging from 5K, 10K, 15K, half marathons, and a couple of full marathons.  She became certified in Functional Fitness and trained both male and female athletes, helping them become stronger for their individual needs.  Functional training is important as it insures strength in the small movers of your body as well as the large movers. Her personal training focuses primarily on bodywork with the implementation of some training tools.

Yoga has been something Jamie has been practicing for over 10 years, but more seriously for the past 12 years.  She experienced the healing aspects of yoga after her 2nd marathon as her neck was in bad shape. Yoga forces her to slow down, breathe and experience the healing that comes with breath. Yoga allows her to gain strength through flexibility…a lesson to carry into other areas of life.

Her gymnastics background has given her a firm foundation for biomechanics of the body and allows her to see movement clearly.  Jamie will challenge you to connect with your body in deeper ways than you have previously which will translate into overall well-being as well as improved performance in life (or sport).

Zack Allison earned his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science at Colorado State University. As part of his education, he participated in many hands on exercise science practicum and internships, coaching many types of athletes, specifically cyclists.

Zack’s affinity for cycling started at the early age of 14 racing on the east coast. He quickly moved up the amateur ranks to race on the elite national circuit.
