Adam Mills

ADAM MILLS, MSED, RCEP Adam earned his Bachelor’s in Exercise Science in 2003 and his Master’s in Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2005, both from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, KS. During his graduate studies, Adam was a regular on the Dean’s List, and a recipient of multiple academic scholarships. During his studies, Adam discovered his passion for both cycling and competition, which quickly led him to the elite ranks of cycling. Adam has competed with top ranked amateur and collegiate cycling clubs since 2001. Zack Allison

ZACK ALLISON,  BSED Zack earned his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science at Colorado State University. As part of his education, he participated in many hands on exercise science practicum and internships, coaching many types of athletes, specifically cyclists. Zack’s affinity for cycling started at the early age of 14 racing on the east coast. He quickly moved up the amateur ranks to race on the elite national circuit. Grant Harrison

GRANT HARRISON, MSE, CPT Having a diverse athletic background, Grant is a competitor in several cycling disciplines as well as other team sports. His first taste of competitive cycling was racing mountain bikes in Minnesota as a teenager.  Into young adulthood, he played college football, competitive soccer, and hockey.  Most recently his cycling aspirations are in road, cyclo-cross, and his resurgence into mountain bike racing. Matthew Hill

  MATTHEW HILL As a coach and trainer, Matthew’s client list includes multiple National Champions, a World Champion, and many successful local racers, fondo and recreational riders, and entry-level enthusiasts.  At the 2015 Cyclocross National Championships, ¾ of his clients placed in the top ten of their respective events, with two reaching the podium, including 3rd place in the Elite Men’s category for long-time client Zach McDonald. Head coach for the Marymoor Velodrome Cyclocross practice sessions, Matthew has taught cyclocross fundamentals to thousands of cyclists over his more than a decade at the helm. Mitchell Sides

Mitchell Sides

Mitchell Sides, BSEd As an Exercise Science student at the University of Texas, Mitchell Sides assisted coaching the university cycling and triathlon teams. Since graduating, he raced professionally for Elevate Pro Cycling and started his coaching career at Source Endurance.  Mitchell has been using TrainingPeaks and WKO4 analytical software to help optimize workouts for each athlete.
